Simone Verdi has extended his contract until 2021. This is a key extension for the club. After he joined the team last summer he has been as integral part of it, and the way Bologna want to play. Great news, especially since bigger clubs have been looking at him.
Giancarlo Gonzalez has signed for Bologna from the newly relegated Palermo. A central defender by trade, he will most likely form the core of Bologna’s defense next season. Reported fee of 2m euroes.
Fabrizio Brignani has signed on a permanent deal from Cremonese. He, as Gonzalez, is also a centre back. One for the future.
This is all that is announced by now, but more additions are expexted shortly. Sebastien De Maio is on his way to form a partnership with Gonzalez in defense. The club will most likely announce him soon.
